By accessing or using Shipped ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Description of Service

Shipped is an AI-powered project management application that helps you organize, plan, and execute your projects through an intelligent chat interface. The Service includes features such as project creation, goal tracking, and AI-assisted planning.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update your account information if it changes
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Credits and Subscriptions

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use AI-powered features. You may purchase additional credits or subscribe to plans that provide recurring credits.

  • Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
  • Unused credits do not roll over unless specified in your subscription plan
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the RevenueCat customer portal
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with the app store policies (Apple App Store, Google Play) or RevenueCat's refund policies for web purchases

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated means to access the Service without our permission
  • Engage in any activity that could harm minors
  • Generate content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination

AI-Generated Content

Our AI assistant provides suggestions, planning help, and content generation. Please note:

  • AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI responses
  • AI suggestions should not be considered professional, legal, medical, or financial advice
  • You retain ownership of your input content and any AI-assisted outputs you create

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Shipped and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service.

User Content

By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHIPPED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shipped and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shipped operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
